The focus of the Citizens Militia of Maine are education in the founding principles of the nation, the protection of our Civil Liberties and rights, the upholding and defense of our Constitution, and the maintenance of a level of readiness and preparation that will ensure community survival in the face of natural or man-made catastrophes and emergencies.
